Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Note: material that has the clear liner remover are not eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Keep in mind, these are built to order. We are not able to accept any packages back once they have been used. All returned items must have factory liner still attached will be subjected to inspection.

Since our products are custom made to order and are aftermarket, minor adjustments may be needed to be made for the fitting of our products, if a customer encounters any of these issues, our experienced customer support agent will guide them on the best practice possible to make this item work/fit correctly.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We do not accept returns if there was an error due to ordering by the customer. Please make sure you pick the right Windshield Skin™ for your vehicle.

Q: I want to cancel my order
A: We allow customers to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing their order with us. Once 24 hours has passed we will start manufacturing the product. At this point in time, cancellations are prohibited. Customers are not able to cancel their order if they decide after placing the order, that they do not want it. Once our order is being manufactured and its on the way to you, you must wait for delivery. Once delivered, we can discuss refunds and return accommodations.

Q: I never received my order and it has been over 15 days.
If you placed an order with us and have not received it, your a subject to a FULL refund. This will take place after we have communicated with the carrier to see where your package is. This will result in a 100% money back guarantee.

Our Windshield Skin™ protection kits are made to order. Please allow 2-3 days for online orders for production time and then allow 3-7 days for shipping time. Customers in the continental USA should expect their order within 5 days but it may take as long as 14 days due to transit delays
